The Brief
To create a welcoming website that captures the charm of Mini Donkeys & Friends Cornwall and introduces its hands-on animal experiences. Given the business’s rural location, SEO was a key priority—helping local residents and holidaymakers discover it when searching for animal experiences and things to do in Cornwall. Alongside building search visibility, the website needed to help visitors plan their trip and provide clear routes to book an experience or enquire about a countryside stay.

The design reflects the relaxed countryside setting while communicating the business’s emphasis on small groups, personal interaction and animal welfare.

The website explains each stage of the experience, from arrival and introductions to grooming, walking and meeting the animals. Dedicated information and organised FAQs cover practical details, preparation and suitability, helping guests understand what to expect. Clear navigation connects these sections so visitors can explore the experience and find answers before booking.

Prominent booking buttons guide visitors towards the online experience-booking page. A separate accommodation section introduces the on-site annex through photographs and property information, supported by a direct enquiry form and an alternative Airbnb booking link.
