1 About these terms
These terms explain how you may use the Digital Advantage website. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
This website is operated by Domenico Forgione, a sole trader trading as Digital Advantage ("we", "us" and "our"). Our business address is 72 Christchurch Drive, Stefen Hill, Daventry, NN11 4TL, United Kingdom. You can contact us at Dom.digitaladvantage@gmail.com.
2 Our services and enquiries
We provide website design, social media and graphic design services. The information on this website introduces our services and examples of our work.
This website accepts enquiries only; orders and payments are not taken through the site. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit either party to a project. Before work starts, the scope, fees, payment arrangements, timescales and other project terms will be agreed separately in writing. Any prices shown on the website should be read with the stated currency and inclusions. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT.
3 Project agreements
These website terms govern use of this site. The separate agreement for your project will cover matters such as deposits, revisions, cancellations, ownership of deliverables, third-party costs and ongoing support. These website terms do not change any existing client agreement.
4 Using our website
You may browse the website and use it to learn about our services or contact us. You must not use it unlawfully, submit fraudulent or abusive material, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or deliberately disrupt its operation.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security or comply with the law.
5 Website content and portfolio
The text, designs, graphics, images and other materials on this website belong to us or their respective owners. Client names, logos and project materials remain subject to the rights of their owners.
You may view the website and save or print extracts to consider our services, keeping any ownership notices intact. Other copying, republication, distribution or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits it. Displaying a project in our portfolio does not give visitors rights to reuse it.
6 Information and examples of results
We take reasonable care to keep our website information accurate and current. However, content may become out of date or contain errors. Please contact us to confirm details relevant to a proposed project.
Portfolio examples and testimonials describe particular projects or experiences. They do not promise that another project will achieve the same results. Search rankings, enquiries, bookings, sales and social media engagement depend on many factors. This does not reduce any express commitments in your project agreement or rights you have under applicable law.
7 Website availability and external links
We aim to keep the website available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or technical issues. Please contact us by email if you cannot use the website.
Links to client websites and other external sites are provided for convenience or reference. Those sites are operated by third parties and may change after we link to them. Please review their own terms and privacy information before using them.
8 Personal information and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information submitted through enquiries. Cookie information and any relevant preference controls explain the technologies used on this website and the choices available to you.
Agreeing to these terms does not provide consent to marketing or to cookies that require consent.
9 Our responsibility to you
We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any consumer rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable. Responsibility for services purchased from us is also addressed in the relevant project agreement, subject to applicable law.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Changes apply to future use of the website and do not retrospectively change existing rights or project agreements.
11 Questions and concerns
If you have a question about these terms or a concern about the website, please email Dom.digitaladvantage@gmail.com with the relevant details so we can look into it. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising any legal rights or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
